Rainbow Teeth

Odd dream, I'd been in another futuristic city with my bro and a friend. 
We'd been at a roundabout were we had a camp, waiting on people and crews coming back.
Leaving what they'd asked for us in the centre of a round about... 7 sheets of plain coloured paper, we headed away and into a city.

We were in a series of sloped mall's and court yards. 
They went into a VR gaming arcade and I'd entered a shop with steeply sloping shop floors.
 

It was an Agent Provocateur?  I duno if we have them in this country not been in one..
It was an underwear shop, but I'd gone in intrigued by the odd layout.
A beautiful woman wearing a short lacy split back nightdress and nothing else was in front of me, struggling with the slope of the wooden floor... I'd suggested she sat down to feel less dizzy.

I'd opened a wardrobe in the store, old carved wood.  It was full of men patchwork jackets made out of different coloured leather square.

A guy in a suite smiled at me as I looked at them, and then closed the door.
I clambered up a little further and saw little badge pins of mice and plastic rainbow snail toys.
At this point I feel a string stuck in my mouth between my teeth... It was like a chewed gum that had solidified.. Into a stretchy twine.
It was pulling out teeth and bits of filling as I untangled it, but rather than teeth it was a rainbow coloured mineral or metal bits that I spat into my hand.
